Clunky and Glitchy

Since there is no clear indication of what mode you are in switching is risky and can cause the motors to overtax themselves trying to move into a different position.

Poor Balancing and App Sucks

Zooming was super delayed in app and did not hold stabilization well when performing minor movement. Will be returning to purchase DJI

It worked great with my daughters phone which was not as heavy. Great item but needs to be able to support larger phones

This gimbal is much bigger than the dji gimbal we replaced in with and is not something I would suggest purchasing

Product is defective and does not work

I understand it I apparently took 2 days too long to attempt to return the product. I was told since it is January 16 the store can do nothing for me. I would have to consult a manufacture for any warranty was offered no help on the warranty or how to get it replaced. I am not happy my time is valuable , a resolution is not worth the effort, threw it in the trashcan will probably never be back to Best Buy. As much as I try to support brick and mortar stores it becomes harder and harder To not just do things online.
