Online viewing setup too easy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned several sec cam systems, Lenox, Q-See, and this system is by far the easiest to setup for online remote viewing, almost did it itself. Others I've been on the phone with tech sup and my Internet provider opening gateways, ports ect. First system I've had that didnt require mutiple adapters to extend cable length, only needed male/male bnc connectors and are cheap to aquire. My only dislike is the viewing angle but is easily remedied with the purchase of aftermarket fisheye lenses (got a pack of 10 for like 30 bucks online). This isn't the most expensive system and it delivers exactly what it says. Great for homeowners or small businesses.

Okay for the price

I have bought several different security camera systems at Best Buy and was not impressed with this one. My main struggle was the phone number provided for tech support led me to a recording that stated all tech support was now online. Best Buy sells some other systems that for a few more dollars do the job much better and offer quality tech support.

Outdated configuration
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IP connectivity is far superior & worth investing. while this less expensive unit is good for those not willing to spend more than $200. The IP version is a better buy, since you don't have to run twice the cables and you don't need the many outlets or a electrical box. I upgraded my system to an IP and I have no regrets.

Great Product!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product was installed outdoors and all items necessary for install were included. The DVR was much easier to setup and maintain than the Sanyo it replaced. Great purchase and reasonably priced.

Posted .Please try our tech support at 217-903-5037 from 8am-8pm CST. They can try and troubleshoot this with you over the phone. If for any reason the fault lies with the DVR, they can start a warranty claim to replace it for you.
