Works as advertised. The heating is a bit longer than just a plain kettle but it's very convenient to have hot water at the ready.

Zojirushi has never disappointed and continues to perform as promised. Having hot water on demand cannot be underestimated. My only regret is not getting this earlier. Easy to use, looks pretty, and doesn't take up too much room. I haven't had it long enough to know how it might impact my energy bills but in terms of function, top notch!

I have always been a fan of water boiler and warmer especially the Japanese brand. The cost is much higher than the regular brand but it’s worth it. The water is always hot and the quality is great. I definitely recommend to people that likes drink hot water.

We bought it for a group of coworkers to share the hot water. We love the size and seems having unlimited hot water and keeping the temperature at 208 oF is perfect for morning cup of coffee and tea anytime.

Had the machine for 10 months now and am very impressed with the unit and how it has held up. Good design is easy to clean and resistant to lots of use.

I like this product so much. That is big boiler and warmer for my family. It has quick boiler and slow dispenser mode, it is good for making the coffee. And it made in Japan.

Everything is great. Will be perfect if there is a cup activated dispensing trigger at spout for single hand dispensing.
