Great bass. Really brings action movies like Jurassic World Antman and Madmax to life! Watching UFC fights is a vastly improved experience. I definitely recommend this system. Super easy hook up and tons of features makes this system well worth the money.

I have trouble hearing higher pitches. Women's voices are especially hard for me. Add an English accent and forget it. Watching TV without closed captions was almost impossible for me until I purchased the Zvox. I tried a Bose sound bar before this - no help. The Zvox really clarifies voices and, oh, by the way, music sounds great, too. All this at a volume that does not overwhelm those with normal hearing.

Nice sound and very easy to set up for an non tech person. Plug in and go (2 cords).

Sounds VERY good. Sits under our TV, ands a breeze to integrate into our A/V system. Sounds better than any of our sound bar systems.

Sounds quality is phenomenal!! Middle bass range is optimal. I live in a condo and neighbors complain if I turn the bass to full- which is a compliment. Highly recommend!!

This is a quality sound system/stand with a full range. However, it is difficult to sink with a Comcast remote. With the help from the ZVOX personnel everything now coordinates with the Comcast remote except for turning the sound stand off. I still have to do that manually.

Beautiful sound. Low profile. Few wires. Only drawback: Can't figure out how to connect my turntable to it.

Love the look of this soundbar. I had the previous model and they really improved the look by having rounded corners. The sound is very good, not spectacular. Overall, very impressed.

I bought this for my sister in law because she hated the way dvds sounded on her tv. This does a good job of bringing out the center channel so you can hear dialogue better without the action being blown out.

I ordered and compared 3 Sony stand alone soundbars to see if the reviews I read were accurate. They were not. I was underwhelmed to say the least with the performance. The testing was done in a smaller room, a study, not a large living room. However, I did want to eventually move the final choice into living room as soon as I could. I ignored the salesman when they tried to sell me on the Zvox, because it felt home made, a DIY project if you will. After sending back all three of the Sony soundbars I went and bit the bullet anyway. I settled for the Zvox because I was waiting to be confronted with the sound. I was surprised at the levels and clarity. I am hooked up to the Optic input from Panasonic top end Plasma. The Zvox hit me immediately, I was overwhelmed and sold on the idea. The unit is a bit longer and heavy for what it is in its class. But the other Sony soundbars made me wish I had an additional outlet to add a separate sub. This weighed heavily on my decision. I did not want to grow out of the Sony systems after a week (which were rated best in its class besides the Zvox) and this eventually made me look into the Zvox finally. I am so glad I did. I don't have any regrets, and I don't think that I will outgrow this system- period!
