Q: Did this camera have a 360 view coverage area?
A: No Shows front an some on each side. Nothing in the rear.... still worth it. They do have cameras with 360 degrees video.
Q: Does the privacy cover open and close automatically or do you need to physically open the cover?
A: You have to manually slide the cover either left or right. For privacy, you can slide the cover on front to cover the camera. It does not open or close automatically. Hope this helps.
A: Yes, I have mine setting on my windowsill pointed toward the driveway and the road in front of my house. It works fine.
A: This camera does have night vision. The photo is inside my garage with lights off. There is some ambient light that comes through garage door windows that makes the video better. There is no light on this model.

The Ring Protect Plan is a subscription that gives you access to paid features for Ring devices such as video doorbells, cameras, alarm, and Car Cam. With a Ring Protect Plan, you can save, review, and share video recordings from your Ring devices to your Ring account. Without a Ring Protect Plan, you can still view real-time video for Ring doorbells and cameras and answer doorbell notifications when they happen, but you don’t get video recordings of those events. Q: How many Mobile devices can I connect to the ring camera?
A: Hi Jr909. Good question. You can log into as many mobile devices as you would like with your Ring owner account, or you can grant access to shared users. A shared user cannot change system settings or account information but can view cameras and view and share videos. Access to particular cameras can be granted or denied by the owner. If you have a Ring Alarm system, the shared user can also arm and disarm the Ring Alarm system and unlock any lock they've been given access to by the owner. Always Love My Ring Products!
These are amazing! Has every feature that all the old cameras have with the extra privacy cover which is very helpful! It is also super easy to clean the base of the camera using the rotating feature. I have been using Ring products for years and have never had a single issue. Very easy to set up, understand and use. I will be buying these again and again!
