Q: Is this case silicone or rubber material
A: It’s very thin rubber kinda of flimsy. Not sturdy as far as the back goes. I don’t recommend it
A: I really don’t think it will fit any iPad 4 and below. It’s too small
Q: Does this fit the iPad mini 5th generation just released in March 2019?
A: I doubt that it will. I believe it fits iPad 5 and up
