A: Hi heyjmk, Thank you for your question about the difference between the AutoFill pitcher model and the Beverage Center model. The main difference is that the Beverage Center has a Door-in-Door feature and a water dispenser. The door allows you access to the Autofill Pitcher, water dispenser, and other beverages without opening the main french doors. This helps the refrigerator keep the cool air in, and lesser hot air goes into the main fridge area. The AutoFill Pitcher model does not have this Door-in-Door feature. Leo
Q: Can you change the panel colors out on this model that comes in stainless?
A: The answer provided above is incorrect. You absolutely can change the stainless panels on this model to a different color of your choosing! All BESPOKE refrigerators have the capability to have their panels swapped; it does not matter if it's a 3-Door, 4-Door and 4-Door Flex model. If it is branded as BESPOKE the panels CAN be changed.
A: We store 4 gallons of milk in it Also out litre juice bottles It did force us to take stock of the sauce and pickle and mustard bottles The middle draw works well The water station for us is excellent The freezer is tight for space and is limited with a half partition Overall I’d say it’s the best fridge we have had Hope that helps
A: Most importantly, note that the installer can not do anything but bring the refrigerator in your house. He can't disconnect the water line on your old fridge or hook up the line on your new fridge. I just learned this the hard way in spite of what I had in writing from my order and the fact that I joined Total Tech which was supposed to provide extra services.

You can turn the Ice Maker on or off. Head over to the control panel located inside the fridge on the right side. Press the ice maker button until the cubed ice on and ice bites on indicator are turned off. You may also just select cubed ice instead of ice bites so one compartment of the ice bucket can be utilized for ice and the other for food. As a general rule, if the light indicators for Cubed Ice On and Ice Bites On are lit, they are in operation. Leo

Absolutely top tier
The Samsung Bespoke was something I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love the beverage center, being able to have filtered water within seconds is great but also having the option to add into the diffuser is exceptional! I’ve been drinking more water now too which is a plus. Now on the 2 sizes of ice cubes, WOW! Everything about the size although I purchased counter-depth I can’t even tell because the size isn’t as much smaller as previous models have been. Im absolutely in love with my fridge! Last thing, being able to change the color options makes it seems like a different fridge whenever I want! The only thing I don’t like is the finger prints.

Great Samsung Fridge!
Beautiful fridge with plenty of room, dual ice maker, and beverage center. A big fan of Samsung products and great to be able to connect to SmartThings app to control at any time and receive alerts. Counter depth model fit perfectly in our narrow kitchen without sacrificing too much storage space.

Excellent Fridge Outperforms Higher-Priced Models
We absolutely love this counter-depth refrigerator—it has exceeded all our expectations. It replaced a much more expensive fridge that didn’t even last a year, and the difference in quality and performance is night and day. The ice maker is one of the best features. It pushes ice out better than any built-in ice maker we’ve had in previous fridges. Ice is made quickly, consistently, and we’ve never had a jam or freeze-up. In past fridges, the ice would clump or freeze in the chute, making it a hassle to get a single cube. With this fridge, we simply press the lever and get fresh ice every time—no frustration, no issues. The water dispenser is also incredibly well-designed. It includes a built-in pitcher that stays inside the door, so you're always pouring cold, filtered water.
