- A:Answer This laptop does use a NVME drive and it can be upgraded. It would require to migrate data and boot partition for it to work unless you are looking to do a new Windows install. There are repair and upgrade videos on the internet for this laptop and would recommend taking a look to see the process is something you would feel comfortable with.

- A:Answer No, the memory is soldered on the motherboard. The battery can be replaced but would require the laptop case to be opened. There are a few repair and upgrade videos on the internet. The only real upgradeable piece on this laptop would be the NVME drive.
