I'm in love
||Posted .I finally got the note I wanted. I haven't had one since the note 7 fiasco. The update on the curve screen versus the S7 edge is amazing. Cases actually have the ability to protect the screen whereas before the curve was still easily broken. The camera is incredible, as well as video. Lots of different camera features as well. Extremely fast processor compared to previous phones I've owned. I've been a Samsung girl for many years now even after the note 7 issues. If they keep updating as well as the note 9, I will probably remain a Samsung user for the rest of my life.

Highest-tech fone available
||Posted .The last Samsung phones I've had were the Galaxy 6+ and Galaxy Note 3. This Galaxy Note 9 exceeds my expectations in every way, from the advance tech features, available memory, exceptional screen and display to the quality of the product.

I left Apple (iPhone X) for the Note 9!
||Posted .So I've been an Apple fan, and deeply entrenched in their ecosystem for many, many years, beginning with the iPhone 3. There is no doubt their products are eye-catching, well-integrated, and something of a status symbol. I have owned just about every type of device they produce (iPhone, iPad Pro, Apple Watch, MacBook). So why leave? Well, to be honest, I'm typing this review on a MacBook Air and my iPad Pro 12.9 is charging. So I haven't completely divorced Apple. Let's just say, we need some time apart. Now I liked my iPhone X but being a fan of technology in general, I keep my eye on the latest, greatest, and upcoming tech items. Samsung releases their Note 9, there is a buzz around this phone, it peaks my interest. I look at the pre-release reviews, watch the keynote address, and finally get my hands on one to demo at Best Buy. Now, I'm in love! This phone is visually stunning! I purchased the blue and it is beautiful. Ok, so it's pretty to look at, but it also functions like no other device I have ever owned. Brains AND beauty. Samsung does an amazing job with their skins over the stock Android OS. Coming from Apple, there isn't much you can customize to truly make your phone "yours". Mostly cosmetic, not much in true customization. With my Note 9 - WOW! I can dig so much deeper into the settings and customizations, truly making this device mine. My productivity is much increased, partly because of customizations, partly because of the amazing S Pen, and partly because the Note 9 makes me WANT to use it. I really enjoy the productivity boost, but also have found myself really getting deep into Samsung Health, more than I ever did with Apple's integrated health system. It really is a pleasure using this phone. Combined with my Gear S3, this is a powerhouse. The battery life - well I am a heavy user and am getting about 30 hours between charges with about 20% remaining on the battery. Much better than my iPhone X. The cameras take amazing, beautiful photos and 4K video. The expandable storage helps keep those stunning pictures and videos right on your phone. Yes, the price is a tad bit steep, but for all you get, I think it's a justifiable purchase. This review could be pages and pages of why I love this device. I'll just end by saying it is a beautiful device, performs flawlessly, incredible power, good battery life, excellent storage capacity, and so much productivity potential it's crazy. The Note 9 has become an integrated part of my daily routine and I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Significant improvement over previous Note series
||Posted .The note series is one of the flagship model of Samsung phones. The quality and design have always been top notch. Although Note 8 and Note 9's design have been similar, the inside of the phone is what makes Note 9 matters. Note series is geared more toward business user where the stylus may become more handy for a power user. The stylus is top notch, really useful when you want to sign a document accurately and jot down notes in handwriting. As a Samsung flagship's phone, you can expect great design and performance. Samsung's user interface is not overly done, which is good and simple enough to navigate. Note 9 is a significant improvement over Note 8. The phone feels faster to do things you require. Retinal scan to unlock the phone is significantly faster. Bluetooth feature of the stylus may come in handy especially when you use the phone to tether presentation. Screen quality is excellent. The OLED screen will do justice to the picture the phone takes. Picture quality is gorgeous. Battery life feels improved from Note 8. The only thing about Note 9 that Samsung could have improved is the screen design, which has the same design as Note 8. We may see a full screen phone in the coming months with the latest Samsung S-series but you won't really missing much because Note 9's screen is already large and beautiful enough. So should you get this or the new iPhone XS? Well, if you're so tied in the iOS ecosystem then you might want to stick with Apple products. But if you switch to Android and go with Note 9, you may realize that you have been missing one thing or two all these years before taking the leap and jump into the android bandwagon. Note 9 will give you more flexibility in managing and transferring files from your device. You can even expand your memory storage easily by getting a micro SD card, which now comes in 512GB capacity.

Android baby, I'm back!
||Posted .Before my iPhone 7 Plus, I had a Samsung Galaxy 7. It stopped responding one day and basically the battery got fried. Silly me, thought I could remove the back part to remove the battery and put it back in. Wrong. The glass back broke. Anyways, I like this phone so far. It has 0 issues and it's best to get a film screen. Reason why? Well, do you need a glass screen for *protection* on a phone made of glass? Don't stress it. As for the camera, the quality may differ to like a friend who has an iPhone but the photos come out extremely nicer! Do I recommend it? Absolutely, I like messing with the pen to write on the memo. I suggest the GeekSquad protection plan along with your phone if you were like me. It was $169 with taxes and all that junk although, it's worth being protected for 2 years in case of anything. Don't do monthly pay for protection, you end up paying about $215 or more. ;) A cool thing I like about this phone which I'm unsure if the other phones have, it's the device maintenance. You clean your phone and it saves you a lot of space. This phone gives 128 GB and its worth it. I can save all the glorious hentai now onto my phone. And you can change optimization mode when it comes to playing games but, if you wanna see more, search on YouTube.

Q: QuestionI pre ordered the note 9 with sprint and how to I get the AKG headphones? Can anyone walk me through the process.
Asked by Kareem.
- A:Answer To get the wireless AKG headphones I’m pretty sure you have to send proof of purchase to Samsung. They will than ship the AKG headphones to you. That’s what I had to do when they had a similar promotion.

Q: QuestionIf I chose the note 9 sprint offer 20$/ mon for 24 month and then I decided not to upgrade with them, what’s the next step then?
Asked by Jenna.
This question was asked about the related product: Samsung - Galaxy Note9 128GB - Lavender Purple (Sprint)
- A:Answer As I understand it, you'd own the phone after 24 months - at which point, you would have the option either to upgrade to another phone with Sprint, keep your Note9 on Sprint's service, or contact Sprint to have the phone unlocked and take it to another carrier. You should contact Sprint and confirm the terms of the agreement with at least two different reps before signing up for anything - I suggest using live chat first, so you can have a transcript of the conversation emailed to you for review and then confirm that info with a phone rep.

Q: QuestionDoes this phone with Sprint allow talk and internet at the same time? I have a Note 3 through Sprint that does allow this but I know since then they stopped with their phones that's why I haven't upgraded yet.
Asked by Hawkdemon.
- A:Answer Yes

Q: QuestionWhat is the cost of upgrade when flex lease is up?
Asked by Cheapie2222.
- A:Answer It depends on which phone you choose and what promotions are going on when your lease ends. I just upgraded from a Note8 to a Note9 that was flex lease. The promotion going at the time was zero initial cost with new monthly payments. I only had to pay the sales tax at the time of purchase which in my case was $58. It was very painless to activate the new phone, transfer all of my info to the Note9 and send the Note8 back to Sprint. As your lease is nearing the end, just watch the various specials being offered. Usually an upgrade is offered a couple of months prior to lease ending.
