A: Galaxy s7 and the S7edge are unlocked devices they lock to the sim card that is placed in it already once it's turned on. Q: When will this item be available again?
A: I was told at one store that it would not be available until April 15th. Another store 200 miles away said they had them in stock and would be putting in inventory today. I checked and they weren't listed online. I called the store and said they were out. I don't understand why Samsung would just stop messing around and release enough phones to fulfill the demand. I just might buy an iPhone.
A: They can do it there at the store. Or you can cell in to the Best Buy customer service and they can also help you. I was reimbursed through the online people.
