Q: What is the warranty on a refurbished phone
A: It says 90 days. NOT enough. Refurbished items usually is 1 year by the manufacture. So the question to ask is. Who refurbished this phone. I have purchase many items that have been refurbished, BUT only if done by the manufacturer. I think the price is too high.
Q: Is this North American unlocked?
A: Yes. It can operate anywhere as long as it has a compatible sim card and carrier. So deffinatly in the US, should in other parts of the world.

A: I prefer a captive USB stylus. It does have to be charged but there is no USB you will get better connection and write much clearer. You can get one very inexpensively and it will fit in your shirt pocket and you won’t lose it. I kept losing mine

Great phone but....
The phone itself is amazing, arrived on excellant condition.. update with android 8.. the only bad thing, it only came with the phone, charger and s-pen... its advertised it comes with everything the new phone does.. happy with the phone itself, but disappointed with not receiving all the gear.. that's why I only rated it 4 out of 5

Ok Phone
So i did spme research on the Note 8 before purchasing. Apparently, i should've done more. Its ok. The camera quality is a bit better than most but no bells & whistles. Ive had the phone over a year and it just recently had a huge update making it a bit more something to be excited about. Some new features were added that arent really a big deal but make a difference(too many to list). What really has me disappointed is i purchased this phone unlocked from carriers and its not. This phone is NOT compatible with Verizon so i have had to remain stuck with AT&T who service sucks. I think i would like this phone more if i were able to use it as i had intended and not stuck on AT&T. I had purchased this unlocked phone for the purpose of switching carriers so this was a huge waste.

No problems, phone works well
Switched from iPhone to this. Any frustrations come from the OS and not the phone. Has worked well from the start with no problems.
