Q: Will this stick vacuum stand alone?
A: I have not had a lot of luck getting the unit to stand on its own.
A: Definitely it is defective, or device is not charging it ..we get easily about 40 minutes in the medium setting.
Q: Does the top part detach to make a handheld vacuum?
A: It sure does! I can even provide this link (https://bit.ly/3rGlgwr) to the user manual for this model. Pages 19 and 20 show the different types of attachments you can use for different areas. ^Jecca
A: I do not have a cat so I cannot speak to the litter question. However, I feel like it would be fine picking up litter, especially with one of the attachments. Also, I have 6 dogs and it does great picking up hair, dog food, etc. It does go dead pretty quick if you run it on max, which is what I use because we have thick rugs. It would probably get the 40-45 minutes if you ran it on normal.
Q: Is this a good vaccuum for hard wood floors
A: I think it’s great! I have tile floors throughout my house and this got all of the little tumble weeds of hair that my dogs so lovingly grace me with.
