A: Yes, this is compatible with an HP ENVY M6 notebook PC that uses Windows 8
Q: Does this come with FAT32 formatting used in most portable audio devices?
A: Don't know if you ever hit answer so I will respond. No it doesn't come with Fat 32 formatting but easy to do using the Rufus app. I am sure they are other ways to format but Rufus was quick and easy.
