Scosche - Speaker Harness for Most 1986-1997 Ford Vehicles

Needed this to replace stereo in daughters car. Works great.

Works great in 99 Cougar. Only thing is thst I hooked up yellow illumination wires together since the colors matched. If you hook up the yellow wire from car to dimmer wire instead the display on the car radio will automatically dim when you turn on the parking or headlights. This way the radio display wont be as bright at night when you are driving.

Had radio in old bronco hooked up and ready. Only problem was realized radio didn't have enough speaker hook-ups so had to replace that

You don't have to cut wires here. All you do is solder on to you leads and then connect to the factory lines. Simple and efficient.

Significantly improved sound in thy he vehicle. Happy with this overall.
