Q: Can I hook a soundbar or surround sound up to my Phillips roku tv 4674 series
A: Hello Mainstreet56, you can connect an external sound device to this SHARP TV via a coaxial cord, HDMI cord or a 3.5 mini jack.
A: Hello CJ, the unit does support a headphone jack.
Q: How I lower the volume. The remote doesn’t have a up down volume bottom. Please advise. Thanks
A: The volume control buttons are on the side of the remote.
Q: Is it bluetooth? Can you pair it with headphones?
A: No it is not Bluetooth enabled it's USB and Wifi though it maybe possible to connect a usb Bluetooth dongle to add Bluetooth that way but I have not tried it. There is a spidf port for other audio hookup but other than though options it doesn't support other methods of audio connection sorry.
Q: Can I just attach my spectrum cable to this TV and start receiving my cable channels?
A: Hello, please reach out to us at 1-855-544-2030 so we may assist you.
Q: Can I use my Apple TV with this TV?
A: Hello, yes, you are able to connect your Apple TV device to this unit.
Q: Do this tv have a 3.5 audio out put jack?
A: Hello Nubia, I must advise that the unit does consist of a 3.5 audio out port.
Q: Does this tv support closed captioning?
A: Yes, the closed captioning looks great on Netflix and the other subscription programs. It is in white lettering with a small font on the bottom of the screen. However, on the Xfinity app (which is in the beta stage) it is clunky and too big of a font with a black background with white lettering. It covers up a much larger portion of the screen and not on the bottom (more like a third up from the bottom). I am hoping that this problem is fixed when Xfinity updates it and/or gets past the beta stage.
