A: You cannot update the Shokz Opencomm2 without a dongle. I'm not even sure if it can be connected to a dongle. The response from Shokz shown to this question is incorrect and should be reported to Shokz for correction. The Shokz App lists these products as UNSUPPORTED (see screenshot): Openrun, Openmove, Openswim, Opencomm, Opencomm2, Opendots, Roadwave. The charging cable does not provide a data connection.
