"the quality of the cover itself is good. it's well magnetized, and holds everything together, but the function key row (along with the esc key) and the delete key are wonky. del takes a screenshot every time, and it is annoying. fn + backspace is supposed to take the screenshot, but that remains unmapped. function keys don't work at all. the keyboard system shortcuts are useless because of this incorrect mapping. i hope a future software update will address this. until then, it's not going to be a 5 star product....i got the case with my preorder. immideatly i liked it, but there are many things that can be fixed like the quality of this item. my #2 key is broken. also after very normal use and no falls it is a little worn out the corners feel chipped the keys get dirty really quick i feel like i have to clean it constantly. i like the storage for the pen and how it is all together and not seperate like the trackpad one. i dont know if mine is a factory error that is common or very rare but also my keys sometimes dont work. overall it is a good keyboard case that i use for school but i would like maybe a voucher or another replacement case like the book cover"

"There is no way to install a protector on the iPad and still used with the key board because it get thicker. Good alternative option but I ended up buying the magic key board and it is big difference in performance....Improve the cover to a snap on cover!!!!!...The bad part is the magnetic cover is very weak, slides off very easy. Actually drop my I-pad, because the cover slipped. "
