"[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] some people love front load washer, but i like the top load washer which much easier to clean. i love it has multiple setting for you choose. i like the heavy setting for teenage cloths. i thought the heavy setting will have a lot of noise and vibration, but the vibration reduction technology+ , i barely hear any sound when it works, and it runs very smooth without any vibration. in addition, the self-clean function can clean inside the washer and prevent any detergent residual . i really love new samsung washer. i am happy with the purchasing of this samsung dryer to compliment the samsung washing machine....In addition to taking up little space within my laundry room, it also offers extra room for large loads of washing. "Loves: - auto-dispense feature for detergent AND fabric softener; having both is a rare feature that I now can't live without - AI smartwash is very convenient and accurate enough for a clean load each time - a lot of options to cater to any load type/need - gorgeous green, looks sleek and sturdy Don't Loves: - drum in back adds 4" to the dimensions so I was not prepared for how much it would stick out from my wall, looks a little silly in my laundry room - you have to hold down the play "button" to start the cycle which is annoying bc you never know if you've held it long enough, i wish there was instant feedback from a regular button - the twist select knob is annoying, you have to scroll through so many options to get to the one you want; wish it had more buttons for the most common options or a full touch screen; there is a reason the ipod evolved from the click wheel to a touchscreen - as with all front loads, the gasket will mold if door is not left open however this seems to collect a very large pool of water in the center of the gasket that doesn't simply evaporate from leaving the door open; the pool needs to be soaked up with a towel each cycle...I would say this product is the latest in tech usage. Uses AI to sense load and also uses optimal water. Loved this product"
