"I don’t like how inaccurate it is with your workouts. Specifically running, it always logs way less mileage than I’m actually running. ...It's a nice toy, and I have enjoyed tracking my stats, in particular those related to sleep, but it's less useful than I had hoped -- primarily, it is impossible to monitor your real-time heart rate while working out, or to use it as a heart rate tracker in combination with other apps (like Strava), and it integrates very poorly with Apple Fitness -- workouts are sometimes recorded in duplicate, need to be deleted, etc, and it cannot be used as a HR tracker in this integration either. "
