A: The enclosure has 4 wires in case you want to “bi-amp “ the speakers. It makes it easy to do that, if you don’t know what that means look it up online on a high end stereo/audio site. If your not doing that just use two wires ( black and red) on one side or the other and be consistent from speaker to speaker so you can easily remember which connectors you are using. Simply tuck the other wires out of the way!

A: Hi, Thank you for your question. The retrofit enclosures are designed to limit sound transfer from the back of the speaker to adjacent rooms. Although they do not completely eliminate the sound transfer, they will reduce it significantly to around 20dB. I hope you found this information helpful.
