So disappointed

It will not move. She was trying to play GTA 5 to no avail. What a huge letdown

Great for Price

Works and looks perfect. Only problem is that the fan inside sounded like an airplane taking off. I read reviews of this happening to new consoles so I don't think that being used was the reason for this. A little compressed air into the back and it sounds fine. I would recommend buying a used one if you can find it. To be honest, I'm probably a Best Buy member for life now.

Not quite what I expected.

I went home and opened the box. First thing I saw was the console. There were a few scratches on it, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. It is a preowned product. Second thing I saw was the controller. The controller looked like what I payed for. There were obvious signs of use, but it wasn't a big problem. There's a small crack on the plastic holding the left joystick up. Also, the left joystick makes a weird creaking sound when pushed upwards while pushing down L3, making it feel very cheap and very fragile. Finally, the right joystick was in perfect condition, but the left joystick was in pretty bad conditions. It felt very bumpy and was kind of uncomfortable to move with my finger, due to the weird texture of the joystick. I ended up plugging everything in and despite these minor issues, I ran into an even bigger issue. Everything installed perfect fine, but when it came time to play games, games would keep crashing and nothing would work. I was told that I was most likely going to need to buy a new PS4 and should stay away from pre-owned ones because fixes for these are very hard to find. I tried initializing my ps4 and everything, but nothing seemed to work. The PS4 only lasted me a day. I will be trying to receive a refund when I am free.
