Item didn’t work. The system was corrupt and wouldn’t allow to play any games. The console which came with us was cracked. Item was returned to Best Buy. First and last time buying anything refurbished.

It worked my son is so happy IM impressed by how you guys fixed it and it works very well

This item was simply mind blowing on how they could ship it in a box without any protection. We got it right n time for my daughter Christmas last year. It was busted up but it did work fine. Didn’t have the time to go to Best Buy and fight with them. Because she was going back to Texas. So I ate the money I spent and won’t be ordering anything refurbished again.

Everytine i play a game it kicks me out with error codes that dint work and it wont let ke sign into ky microsft account:(

Damaged product. The joystick R2 key was damaged, the console is having heavy scratches on the top.

It seems to work fine but there are times the console is looking the disc. But other than that it works fine.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. Especially since I like Best Buy a lot and they took it back with no issues at all as well as refunded my money fast. The product deserves a 1 start but Best Buy gets a 5 star so I put it in the middle. Product - First when the product was sent to me it had the wrong cables for power and it didn’t have a data cable just a charging cable. That cause major issues at first. Best Buy offered to swap them out in store. Didn’t get around to it cause I had spares. For the console itself it had its own issues where it would brick itself a lot which would take forever to get the system running again. After doing updates it got better but still would happen after not playing for days. After that I just returned the system too many issues

So far the playstation runs well. It is operating as intended. I woukd suggest at least wiping the console and controller off. I completely understand these are refurbished or used.. but a lysol wipe before sticking it in the box would be nice.

The PlayStation came with two controller and they work amazingly good, and perfectly. They have great sensibility, They came with there cables and I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a controller.

The ps4 was in perfect conditions, nothing wrong at all. Looked shiny and clean and indeed it was. It was a last minute surprise gift for my boyfriend and I was very thankful for it being available. I was originally going to buy the 1Terebite ?, and as soon as i went to checkout someone had already purchased it. Thankfully there was a second choice just as good. Definitely recommend.

Can't really give an honest. Review on it . Haven't even had time to play It. But as far as the condition for it being a refurbished prioned model, it was as expected and still in good condition.

Console works great. Controller stopped working correctly almost immediately. My bad for going refurbished.

it’s good, not the right model I ordered tho but I mean what’s the difference. Controller was a bit old so was starting to not work.

There was no problems at all it was like brand new easy set up I have no complaints very good purchase came when expected everything in box

just like brand new just a lower price enjoying very much.
