It's Somewhat Next-Gen
|Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Honestly, what do you expect? It's next-gen. The console itself to begin with looks like some type of alien object that's casually placed in your living room. The controller is fantastic, much bigger so it can grip in my hands properly now. I always liked the PS4 controller but now holding this I can see how much less of a controller it is compared to the PS5's. Lastly, you honestly won't get the full next-gen experience until HDMI 2.1 4k monitors come out that runs over 120hz. So if money is a little tight I would wait till it dies down. Not worth paying over retail for this console. So if you were thinking of buying it from those scalpers don't.

Be patient, it will turn yellow. Then it’s yours.

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Best Buy is the way to go to avoid scalpers. Just be patient and wait for it to be added to the cart. The button will turn yellow. I promise. Once it’s in the cart it’s yours. I love my new system, the data saved on my Seagate drive, with all my PS4 data crossed over in seconds, only the new PS5 games bought with cross gen had to download. PlayStation 5 is awesome, can’t wait for grand Tourismo to drop. The pics I used are from my Xbox X order, process was the same. Good luck y’all

PS5 Secured
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Going back to Playstation after 'main-ing' the Xbox one/ one one x for years is a def welcoming experience. PS plus games has amazing selection to choose from and you can keep them all in your library. The community is fantastic and I keep adding friends to the list. I have so much to catch up on when it comes to PS4 titles. As far as ps5 titles they're a little scarce but what's out def takes advantage of what Sony is pushing for in the next gen. Astro's PLAYROOM, COD Black Ops: Cold War and Descruction Allstars all utilize the 'Adaptive Triggers' on the controller and its such a game changer. Being able to feel the game react to your gamplay is phenomenal. Follow @mattswider on Twitter for live PS5/XBOX Series X restock times on different websites. I was lucky enough to get my PS5 through his link on Best Buy . com website. Remember just be signed in w/ card info saved and never give up!

WORTH THE HYPE, GO SNAG ONE!!!
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Astonishing Product... I have run multiple games at 4k 120 frames and not a peep from this console. The lights are amazing on the console and the controller. I just bought FUSER and it looks like a rave in my hand when I play, so cool. The haptic is among the best I have ever seen, and the triggers are a game-changer, if not revolutionary. The digital console is a great price point and makes little to no difference in-game. I have been addicted to playing on my 55 inch OLED and I must say, if you end up getting this console for an old gen TV, it will compel you to update. Believe me, it's worth it 1000 times. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who cares even remotely about gaming, it has impressed everyone who has stepped into my house, and I'm sure it will impress you as well.

Gaming Perfection!
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I mean what really needs to be said besides that this is the perfect gaming console. I ended up purchasing this model and the model with the disc drive and I will say I do prefer the one with a disc so I can play all my old PS4 games. You can talk about the new design and you either like it or hate it, but once you get it plugged in and set up, there is nothing better. Also the new DualSense controller is an absolute game changer and is one of the best parts of the new console. Its a blast to play and everything loads so fast. Also don't skip over the free game that's included (Astro's Playroom)

PlayStation Digital is great!
|Posted .Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Great console! It is pretty expensive and lacks a disc drive; it still packs a punch. This pretty much future proofs your gaming needs for the next 5+ years. Especially with everything going digital, the disc drive being omitted isn’t much of a problem.

Ps5
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Next gen is finally here for me at least ok so let’s start talking about the ps5 it’s a Absolute beast it’s so super fast loading graphic and Lightning speed I love it it’s over all a good console and so the Xbox series x there both the same basically but ps5 is slightly better because it’s more attractive but the Xbox series X is like a box but the Xbox Series X has more storage than the PS5 that’s one reason I like about the Xbox.

Truly a next-gen console
|Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Is console is truly the greatest thing since sliced bread. Yes, it is bulky. And yes it will have your wife give you an evil eye over its placement. Yet, it is by far the truest next gen experience in a console I've ever witnessed. It is quiet, quick, it's controllers are absolutely the most exhilarating controller experience out there to date. Another thing that makes this console so different is the dedicated audio engine and hardware. 3D headsets truly come alive with this console. The only minor inconvenience has been the download speed a PlayStation 4 titles. For some reason PS5 titles load in about 15 minutes or less while you're playing a game. But PlayStation 4 titles take much longer to load with a lot of pauses in the download bar. Not a deal breaker though because there aren't that many PS4 titles I want to carry over.

Q: QuestionCan someone tell me the difference between the digital version and the regular PS5 please? I know it’s $100 cheaper.

Q: QuestionHello I would just like to know if I'm required to pay a down payment when I preorder the PlayStation 5? and also when will my money be taken out for the PlayStation?
Asked by Fire.
- A:Answer I preordered it and I had to pay in full to complete the order. The only other option I saw was to apply for the Best Buy credit card.

Q: QuestionIf you can’t handle pre orders and do it correctly then don’t attempt. The experience, execution and lack of customer service is ridiculous. Thanks for messing it up for lots of people. Fantastic.....
Asked by Anynomous.
- A:Answer I do agree, - though not perhaps with your delivery- all these retailers could figure out a better system by now for preorders. Along with the manufacturer, I suppose. It always seems like the right hand is not speaking with the left. Sony stated pre orders will go live on 9-17. Retailers said, nah we’re posting them now 9-16. Before that Sony clearly stated months ago that we would have weeks notice of when pre orders would go live. It would not be like years past. Nice finally! ... We got a day, and ended up not even getting that. Most likely due to Xbox being forced to announce early due to leaks. All of this causes bottle necked pandemonium, supply shortages - artificial or not - and a fever pitch of excitement, demand, and dozens of articles all telling you where you can get one, * maybe. That’s the game. And most likely what they want or certainly don't mind anyway. We just have to accept it. Annoying as it may be, I certainly don’t have time for it anymore. I’ll get one eventually. You will too. Keep an eye out for the next round of pre orders. Sony will want as many in before launch day as humanly possible, believe me.
