Features
Before we begin
When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Mounting your soundbar
We'll secure your new or existing soundbar/bracket to a standard wall or TV mount and route cables through a single stud bay, furniture mount and/or wire concealment kit.
Connecting your soundbar
We'll connect and configure your soundbar for use in a single room.
Setting up your audio
We’ll attach existing cables from your audio source or video display to the soundbar.
Connecting to Wi-Fi
If your soundbar is Wi-Fi capable, we'll connect it to your existing wireless network and update to the latest firmware.
Professional look and functionality
Wires and cables will be neatly dressed, and wire ties will be used when necessary. We’ll also perform a test run of the system and demonstrate how things work.
Cleaning up
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
*This service does not include setting up an A/V receiver, a networked audio device/platform, custom surface mounting, concealing wires outside of a single stud-bay, or working in a permit-required confined space (like a crawl space).
For passive soundbars that require the use of a receiver or separate amplifier, please use our "A/V Receiver or Processor Setup" service.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

||Posted .Horrible installation ..the sound bar is hanging almost ready to fall..i called and explained the situation and another person was supposed to come and fix it..never came and my call was closed…horrible experience with geek squad and Best Buy..Best Buy send me gift card but has not been used because I don’t know if I ever will buy something from you guys…she left holes in my wall..I invite any supervisor to come and see the horrible jog…

Wires??
||Posted .I waited an extra week to have Sonos arc mounted account shipping and weather delays. Sound quality is excellent, however I have wires showing between sound bar and TV. Both are mounted.

- A:Answer I believe if you purchase Total Tech with purchase of TV, soundbar and other equipment, there’s no additional charge for delivery and installation.

- A:Answer Not sure. Might have something to do with how firestick is set up. Geek Squad installed mine and it works just fine on all apps, including firestick.

- A:Answer The Sonos sound bar does not come with a mount. You need to buy one if you want it mounted on the wall. They make mounts that hold the TV and the Sound Bar together and a mount that goes directly on the wall independent of the TV..
