A: It doesn't need internet unless you want to help the creators of the game to gather information of your gameplay. This information is used to improve gameplay and future updates. And the SD card is only necessary if you dont have space on your switch, but you will need about 8 to 9 GB of space. It is a physical game that will need to be in the switch to play along with the necessary space. Also it's a great game and story is amazing!
