1080p upconvert, 3 pic modes, 3D sorround sound. was shipped to me within a week of ordering. and i ordered last friday night. came nicely packed. nice glossy black toshiba dvd player. love the menu on this dvd player. UPCONVERTS TO 1080P!!! cool lighting in front. PLEASE BUY AN HDMI CABLE FOR THIS!!!

I purchased a refurbished product. The first model that arrived was defective. I returned it and ordered the same product again. The second model had a dent on top. Otherwise, the DVD player delivers clear picture.

It's amazing that our OLD DVD player had the "resume" feature if you turned off the player or even removed the DVD it would return to the last place you watched. And, this NEW one does not!

Three weeks after I received it, it stopped working. I had only used it about 4 times. The picture turned into checkered boxes. I went on to BestBuy.com, and found out that this same exact thing happened to other people. They even had the product replaced more than once, and the same exact thing happened. It would work well the first few times, and then stop working like mine did. i wish that these reviews were available to me before purchasing. I would have never bought it!
