Do not purchase appliances from Best Buy.
Never buy an appliance from Best Buy. They will tell you they provide service for the appliance when they actually have no one and will never send anyone out. I bought a $17,000 Viking Range from them and had several problems. After guaranteeing they had service available when I bought it, they say they have no one or just do not respond at all. Mine was purchased in Corpus Christi.
