High quality
|Posted .I looked at the reviews, this tracker watch is very well rated and I agree. It's comfortable , accurate and nice looking. This is what I was looking for, Withings has done a nice job with this product. I like to that it has other items that pair with it.

The idea is great, the manufacturing is not...
Posted .I love the watch and the idea. The tracking works perferct, this analogue feedback loop is awesome and motivates a lot! Unfortunately just after 3 days the glass has broke into 2 parts without any physical help. They are so cool, that I even don't want to give them back, but I have to. Good luck to the withings team on fixing the manufacturing issues.

Counting every step I take
|Posted .Very nice to have good looking watch that is working hard - keeping you on pace through out the day and is checking on your sleep habits all night

Don't recommend - not sturdy
Posted .I purchased this withings device in December. As a Step Counter: it has tracked steps with the same count when compared to friends fitbits and garmin watches. I like that the step counter is on the watch face and is not digital. As a watch: attractive design, resets to new timezones well. I don't like that when the alarm is set, every time I raise my hand to check the time it whizzes over to the alarm setting and 'tapping' the screen to bring it back works poorly. I turned the alarm off and fixed the problem. Sleep Tracker: is highly inaccurate. Starts tracking as sleep as soon as I lay down. It tracks me as sleeping when I'm drinking my morning coffee. I get about 6 hours of sleep a night, this tracks me closer to 9/10 hours. Useless feature, needs improvement. Swim Tracker: I swam for 2 hours the other day, it listed me as swimming 18 minutes and burning 15 calories. App: meh. I like some features to the app but it is slow when syncing and just isn't accurate for anything but steps. I don't appreciate the judgmental emails it sends either. Watch body: here is the BIG bummer. The watch face quickly started getting scratched up. After wearing it for 6 months the watch face is scratched all over. I woke up this morning to find at some point during the night it cracked all the way across. It is now unwearable because it is no longer waterproof and looks bad. Now I no longer have an activity tracker, a watch or the $125 I paid for it. Disappointing purchase.

Glass broke after 3 weeks of wearing
Posted .I had high hopes for this watch. It was working great until the glass broke after only 3 weeks of wearing the watch non-stop. $150 is not worth it. Although the Health Mate App is limited because it doesn't allow for you to add different activities such as weight lifting into the app. Room for improvement for sure. Also, add cycling to the app. I am a cyclist, not a runner.

Different Take on Smartwatches
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI will preface this by saying I have previously (and extensively) used both the Pebble and Moto 360. When I read about the Withing's offerings, I was really excited for two reasons, one was battery life and the other was for the more conventional design. When I walked into the store, they did not have any display pieces but just one in the box. My first impression was that it looked a little too much like a kids swatch watch (I did previously see the Activite in preson, but comparing a $450 watch with a $150 watch isn't fair). The second thing I noticed was the little hump on the back (this watch is thick), but after wearing it, trust me, it sits very nicely on the hand. Why did I buy it? - Sleep tracking and also, I travel a lot so looking for a watch that quickly changes to the timezone. And also, I was fed up with constantly charging my watch (everyday-360, once every 4 days-pebble). Pros and Cons (after one week of use) + Beautiful design (for a smartwatch at $150) + Long battery life (supposedly 8 months) + Adjusts to timezones (a little catch here) + Very good at tracking sleep - The app isn't very good but I can sync my data to iHealth and look at the dashboard there - I have to open the app for it to adjust time to a new timezone - Not a con for me personally, but if you are a big guy with broad hands, this might seem a tad on the smaller side - Step count is on the lower side (not sure if it is more accurate than my other step tracking apps/devices but Ive never crossed 7000 steps here but I've crossed 10K mark pretty comfortably several times with the same routine with the other devices) If you are considering getting a fitbit, please look at this.

The new release of the Activite Pop is awesome
|Posted .I just purchased this for my wife and it arrived on Thursday. First, she had it set-up and going very quickly, the only slow down was the packaging. Second, She has an iPhone 4s so it really does work fine going back to that generation phone. Third, they fixed the issue with the bezel cracking. The glass in the Pop is the same that you get in most watches, the problem with the original release appears to have been with how it was being set in the manufacturing process. That has been fixed. Well, 4 days in, with 2 days in a pool, and no scratches or breaks. Fourth, waterproof, checks fine based on third comment. Fifth, the dials are easy to read except in very dark conditions as all it take is a glint of light to see the hands so the fact that they don't glow in the dark is fine for her. Sixth, I heard a concern about how much memory the watch has but it synchs to your phone so it really isn't an issue, just hold it nearby and it synchs automatically if you open the app and since it is a fitness tracker opening the app every few days seems like a pretty minimal task. Seventh, battery life of 8 months....amazing. Will update this when the battery dies to let folks know if the 8 months is accurate. BY FAR the best looking fitness tracker. The one day she wore it to work people commented on her new watch, when she mentioned it was a fitness tracker with all sorts of functionality, they were amazed, especially when she opened the app and they could see the steps synching as she described the watch further. Eighth, works with iPhone and Android but not windows phone, at least not yet. Ninth, the black watches look very awesome and I plan on picking one up for me, just trying to decide if I want to go for the Activity or the Activity Pop. The primary difference is the glass and where it was manufactured. Oh, ninth, the watch size seems great.

Great watch, eh quality
|Posted .I love this watch- I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on this watch just for being versatile. I wear it while working out, I wear it with my cocktail dress (okay that's a little much, I know but I want to count my steps!). It's a decent tracker since you can count steps, activity and it's waterproof so it really is a good casual motivator. Only thing I have to say that's not great is that the quality isn't 5 star... The band is rubber which is nice but gets dirty easily (probably my fault because I have made zero efforts to clean it but it got dirt tinting within 2 weeks). Also the plastic or whatever covers the face is a little cheap and scratches easily. I got a nice long scratch on the face within 3 weeks of owning it. But, like I said, I wear this thing ALL THE TIME so I guess it's bound to happen.
