A: Thank you for your inquir. Our JBL Soundgear Sense do not have noise cancelation. If interested, we recommend our JBL Tune Buds 2 and JBL Vibe Beam 2 some of our noise canceling earbuds.
Q: Right one is going out after about 5 months....
A: Thanks for your feedback. To isolate the issue with your JBL Soundgear Sense, we recommend cleaning the pins on the earbud and in the charging case using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.

Great headphones for work
Fulfilled all my needs. I wanted headphones that wouldn’t fall out my ears or that I wouldn’t constantly have to readjust. I also wanted headphones that didn’t go in my ear canal. There these JBL works perfectly. Great battery life alongside with the rechargeable case.
