Been a Samsung customer for many years in many of my electronics, but this AI Laundry machine is amazing.

The auto dispenser tray started leaking detergent the minute I filled it after about 2 months. It's been almost 4 months now and Samsung still hasn't fixed it even though I know what the problem is. The seal is missing from the dispenser pump. I even provided a picture. Now the softener side is doing the same and the seal is missing.

I purchased and used this machine for about a week. The aesthetic of this washer is truly beautiful. Ours was Ivory with the Dark Grey Top. It did an excellent job in washing clothes. We actually had some Dog blankets that had been in a bag for a very long time (We have Bullies.. We have taken used Dog Blankets to the Laundry Mat in the past and after being washed they still had a slight smell + Further Note: I have been told I have a nose like a pregnant woman) But after washing those Dog Blankets in this Samsung Bespoke (Allergy Setting), there was no Smell of Dog at all. That right there was impressive... But along with that no strong scent of detergent either. This is probably a result of the automatic detergent dispenser.. which is actually pretty cool and seems very efficient or economic in the amount of detergent it uses per wash. Ultimately I did return the wash machine for a different Brand... My only slight complaint is the machine seemed louder than my previous Electrolux (2016/2017 Timeframe High End) and it is louder than the Wash Machine I ultimately decided to go with! And although I rate this at about a 4.75 my new machine I would rate at 5 Star! Hope this Helps!

I upgraded to the Bespoke washer specifically for the AI OptiWash and the Auto-Dispense system, and it has genuinely changed my approach to laundry. No more measuring detergent or guessing the cycle. My favorite feature is the AI learning: I run the Towels cycle on Extra Heavy soil a lot for my bath mats, and the machine learned to put that cycle right at the top of my list. The Extra Rinse option on the Towels cycle is fantastic—it gets all the soap residue out of my thickest items. If you hate the front-load washer smell, this one solves it. I made sure to enable the Auto Open Door feature (you have to set it on the machine itself, not the app!), and it opens automatically after the cycle to air dry. Yes, I still do a quick wipe of the rubber gasket—but that tiny effort is a small price for a drum that always smells fresh. This is a true 'set it and forget it' appliance that deserves every bit of praise.
