To cut one Towel Topper: Cut two 11 1/4" x 7 1/2" rectangles of fabric and one 11 1/4" x 7 1/2" rectangle of batting. Fold each fabric and batting rectangle individual to 11 1/4" x 3 3/4". Position fabrics on the die with fold placed on the guideline. Then place batting on top in the same manner. Place mat on top and cut •Use adhesive roller or die pick to clean lint and thread from dies. Die blades never need to be sharpened.
