About this product
The Acer Nitro 16 AN16-A91-R3CL is a gaming laptop built around desktop class silicon, pairing an AMD Ryzen 9 9955HX processor carrying 16 cores and 32 threads with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU that delivers 798 AI TOPS, 12GB of dedicated GDDR7 memory across a 128 bit interface, and 4608 CUDA cores for AAA gaming, live streaming, and heavy creative rendering. Finished in Obsidian Black, the slim chassis measures 14.05 inches wide and weighs 5.29 pounds while still making room for a dedicated numeric keypad, media control keys, and a moisture resistant precision touchpad that supports the full range of Windows gestures. The 16.0 inch WQXGA 2560 x 1600 LED backlit IPS display anchors the experience with a 180Hz refresh rate, variable refresh support as low as 50Hz, 400 nits of brightness, 100% sRGB color coverage, and a 16:10 aspect ratio that adds vertical working space for timelines and code. Memory and storage are sized for modern workloads with 32GB of DDR5 installed across two slots and a 1TB PCIe Gen 4 solid state drive, with a second M.2 slot and a microSD card reader left open for expansion. Windows 11 Home is preinstalled alongside NitroSense fan and lighting controls, Acer Care Center, and Copilot on a dedicated one click key, while NVIDIA Advanced Optimus, DLSS 4.5, fourth generation ray tracing cores, and fifth generation Tensor Cores work together to hold frame rates high and keep detail intact in the most demanding titles. An FHD infrared webcam with a privacy shutter and temporal noise reduction rounds out a machine designed for long sessions.
