A: Mine did not. You need your own adapter. However, it did come with a usb-c to regular usb cable, which plugs into any old usb phone power adapter you have lying around.
A: You can use the PM161Q portable monitor with a Mac Mini M4 by connecting a USB-C cable from the monitor to a compatible USB-C port on the Mac Mini. The monitor should turn on and display an image automatically because it receives power and video signal through that single USB-C cable, provided your Mac Mini's port supports video output.

Portable Monitor
As I work from home, I needed flexibility to work in different rooms or even from our patio when the weather permits. This monitor is easy to carry, set up, and has good display quality to serve my needs.I would recommend.

Great monitor for the price.
The refurbished monitor is in perfect condition and works great. I love that it doesn't need a separate power supply. It's well worth the price, IMO. My only critique is that that built-in display stand doesn't place the monitor at a great vertical angle; it's "reclined too much. I overcome the issue by placing something under the back of the stand to put the monitor in a more upright position.
