A: Short answer is yes. You will have to do the editing in Expert mode and understand layering and how it plays a very important role in photo editing.
Q: IS THIS ACTUALLY A DISC INSTALL OR A DOWNLOAD
A: Retail box contains a disc and instruction to use the disc and can be downloaded as well. If you get a retail download card then it can only be downloaded. Either way you do it you need a Adobe account online. There is no extra cost involved but you need to use the ID to register the software and get the install code. After that you can continue without any more interaction with Adobe if you choose. Good Luck!

A: Yes. The software has the capability; however, one must know how to operate in the expert mode
Q: I have Windows 7 Professional operating system. Will this work with this software?
A: I guess, you realize that Windows 7 will not be supported or updated in 2020. I do have an old Labtop which still has Windows 7. I never bothered to try and install Elements 15. Because I do not believe Windows 7 can handle Elements 15. But that is what I believe, I did not try it out. I have too many digital pictures, Which Windows 7 is unable to handle anymore.
Q: Can this be used with Mac OS Sierra? Can you retouch images as in Creative Suites?
A: I haven't used Creative Suites in many years but Photoshop Elements can do many things now that you could only do in Photoshop Pro before it became CC(cloudbased). It can do a pretty complete editing job for most photographers except maybe the most demanding of Professionals whose work is used in advertising and commercial photography.
A: Everything should transfer over just fine.
Q: can i convert photos from color to b & w with elements for windows
A: That would be no problem for Elements. You can convert to B&W.
