Contact [email protected] for more info.
A: You can send photos to this frame using the phone app or via email. Some WIFI at assisted living facilities can be difficult due to a VPN or web authorization (the frame does not have a web browser). Contact us at [email protected] and I can send you tutorials on how this should work.
A: It took me a while to figure it out. It’s like a key hole. You put the knob on the stand into the frame and turn it. Make sure you have a firm grip on the stand close to the frame. Then turn it slowly. It take some pressure to get it to turn. Hope this helps.

We love it. The setup could be a little smoother, however, once you get the hang of it, it becomes fairly simple to use. It does lack the programming, seemingly, where my son in Michigan can send a picture to it, and then I can put that picture on my computer. Probably on purpose. Overall, it is very nice, guests have enjoyed it as well. A slide show you dont have to focus on.

This was an amazing product because I bought multiple and gave them as gifts so that my family could communicate through pictures. After all, all my family lives far from each other and this gift allows them to see amazing quality pictures. This product isn't only a picture frame, but it can also be used as an alarm, a music speaker, and a calendar because it has multiple features, which are all useful for anyone.

I recently got a digital photo frame and it’s honestly one of my favorite home additions. The picture quality is super clear and bright, and it automatically rotates photos depending on whether they’re vertical or horizontal. I love that I can upload new pictures straight from my phone, so I don’t have to mess with memory cards. It makes it really easy to keep recent memories on display without printing anything. It also adds a cozy, personal touch to the room—especially when it cycles through family photos. Definitely a great gift idea and worth it if you take a lot of pictures.
