A: Hi! Thank you for your question. This air conditioner has an internal tank to hold accumulated water from the condenser. Normally, this water is evaporated and exhausted to the outside. However, in periods of high humidity, the internal tank may become full. Q: Does the water vent out the window also ?
A: While some water vapor is vented out with the exhaust. Condensation formed while using the dehumidifying mode is accumulated in the internal tank & can be manually drained from the bottom of the unit.

A: For the cooling mode to function efficiently in a space, the warm exhaust air needs to be vented out a window or into a larger space. Please note venting into another room in not advised as it will increase temperatures of this other space.

Cooling very good. Noise for bedroom: UNBEARABLE !!!!! Installation easy if you are minimally handy with simple tools. Window panel needed slight adjustment.

Great AC!!!
This AC is great. It cools much better than another brand we have. The fan shuts down when the the AC is not running. It was very easy to put the exhaust hose on and in the window.
