I didn't even get to use the product because the seller used OnTrac to ship it. OnTrac screwed up my address, wouldn't correct it, and wouldn't stop attempting to ship it to the wrong address. They failed to deliver it 5 times over the course of 3 weeks, often when I was RIGHT at home during the notice. The only help was an AI bot that would give canned responses but no actual help. I tried contacting Anker, but they were also using canned AI responses. I couldn't get my package or cancel the order and get my money back. Eventually I got a real person at BestBuy to hear me out and cancel the order. But this was a nightmare. The product could be fine, but good luck actually GETTING it.
