Q: How thick of a table can this product fit on?
A: About 3 inches. I have it on a tho I desk top with a lot of room to spare.
Q: Is this safe for kitchen small appliances, such as microwave, air fryer , toaster?

Normally it would be installed in your office to protect electronics like your computer and monitor. I would just make sure the power draw isn't over 12 amps because anything over that would overload the unit.
