Apple - Geek Squad Refurbished Good - 11-inch iPad Pro M4 chip Built for Apple Intelligence Wi-Fi 256GB with OLED - Space Black

I purchased the refurbished iPad Pro 11" M4 model. This product works like expected, with fast performing speeds and deep color on the screen. The device overall was in fair condition; however, it did have some scratches on the screen. Please keep this in mind if this is a concern for you. I like the overall size, it is the perfect mix of portable, but big enough to do all tasks I need. It is also lightweight and easy to carry around or travel with, without weighing me down. I use the apple pencil pro with the iPad and it pairs flawlessly. It takes a little bit to get used to, but once you get it, I really appreciate the additional features it offers and look forward to more apps connecting to it down the road. I don't have much to share on the battery life, because I normally like to see how it is over an extended period of time, but so far, it has been lasting 8-10 hours when fully charged depending on what I'm doing. Note: I put a screen protector on to help protect the screen, and thankfully it helps cover some of the scratches.

I was initially curious about how a refurbished unit would hold up, but it arrived in perfect condition and has performed beautifully without a single issue. It has completely transformed my daily workflow. I use it constantly for organizing my everyday routines, staying on top of learning, deep-diving into research, and mapping out long-term planning. The M4 processor makes switching between intensive apps and organizing tools incredibly smooth, and the tandem OLED display is incredibly crisp and easy on the eyes during long reading or planning sessions. It provides an exceptional balance of pro-level performance and great value. I couldn't be happier with it!

This would have been perfect if they cleaned the device before giving it to me and replaced the screen as there’s pretty deep scratches all over it that effects the image quality on light scenes. The battery seems very close to new with 100% max capacity. The device was packaged very easy to notice in its box. In shipping to my house it got stolen and i got a replacement to pick up in store. Which I would recommend doing.

Looks and feels new… iPad is fast and a multi tasking champ, love the size and thinness of it

I upgraded from an older iPad Pro 11" and wow is this thing fast! I use video editing tools and so this is a fantastic upgrade. I added a paper screen protector for use with the Pencil and also am using the Magic Keyboard. All sold separately of course... Overall excellent upgrade for me!
