      Never buy anything from Best Buy again

      I bought this phone for my mom. I didn’t open right away. It unworkable phone. can’t use with any carrier I went to store, cannot return, can’t exchange, Bad service, can’t repair. At the store can’t do anything to help. I Never buy anything from Best Buy again.
