This phone was easy to set up. Plus, when one phone address book added under directory, automatically updates on other phone/handset. Has lots of features too for the money. Only negative appears to be when one phone on mute for ringer, automatically mutes other phone/handset too. Other than that, great phone for the money!

Fine reception, reasonably easy to use. Very simple to set up. Reception, battery life, etc. are all excellent.

Aging parent needed a landline phone with features that could be adjusted to their individual needs: Can increase the number of rings giving them time to get to the phone before the answering machine picks up; has back-lit keys, so they can dial in dim/low lighting; expandable - a handset in every room so they need not remember to transport handset when leaving a room; digital answering machine - no need to dial into phone service provider's message center to retrieve messages; hands free/speaker - can multitask; several volume levels. The favorite feature seemed to be the call id name announce because they would not need to look at the phone to see who is calling. Exactly what this senior individual needed. Very happy with the decision to purchase this phone.

My old phone finally died so I bought this one. It's very intuitive to use. You can see how many messages you have on the display. The phone is lightweight and the numbers are easy to read. I like the handset locator. For the price, it's a bargain for two phones.

I purchased this phone for my grandmother! She loves the fact that the numbers are big enough for her to see! She also loves that she can read the caller id and the fact that the phone audibly announces who is calling.

purchased as replacement for similar model, as AT&T phones are always solid performers. good sound quality, easy to use.

This is a great phone system, especially for the price. It's easy to set up and works perfectly. I am not really technology savvy, and I had no frustration getting it all set up to work -- the directory, etc. I love the caller ID function. Great Buy!

I love the phone with the extra hand set that I use upstairs. It works great and the calls are very clear. the answering machine is very easy to use too. Great phone and great price!

I purchased this for my parents last year and they have had a year to learn how to operate and use. It works great. They can both hear on the phone and did not have problems figuring out how to use it. Very good purchase and would do it again.

Nice phone announces who is calling - my mother absolutely loves it

This is a great phone system and good value. It's been easy to use, and I love my first experience with caller ID. Everything works great. The only thing I would like better is if it had just one more handset

Nice phone, was easy to set up and has been easy to use. I am older so not real big into cell phones. It is nice to have the two cordless handsets so when one is in need of charging, you can use the other. Seems to be made well and from quality materials. I would recommend.

Large buttons and easy to use. Clarity is good. ringer is ok.

Does everything the reviews stated it would. Easy set up and receivers in phone set are extremely clear.

Overall a good phone so far. The only thing I don't like is the dial key does not light up when making calls in a dark room. Number keys light up but not the button to send a call which I find very inconvenient. Also doesn't have a light to press when answering calls.

Thew phone has an excellent battery life. Have used it for almost and hour and still have plenty of life. Set up was fairly easy along with any changes I wanted to messaging system. The only issue I had was sometimes I had a background low buzzing sound in the handset. Overall fairly decent phone for the money.
