A: The AT-LP70X series turntables come with an AT-VM95 series cartridge integrated into the tonearm (the cartridge itself is not replaceable, only the stylus is) and the provided stylus is the AT-VMN95C bonded conical stylus.
Q: Do you need an amp to use these speakers and turntable..
A: According to the Best Buy website, the speakers provided in this bundle are powered (aka active) type speakers, you will not need a separate amplifier because powered type speakers have the amplifier built into them. Set the preamp selector switch on the back of the turntable to the LINE position to use the turntable with these speakers.
