A: Hi. The Belkin INC008 supports USB-C PD with pass-through charging of up to 86W. However, the USB-C is not for output charging. You cannot connect the Belkin INC008 to the computer and then connect a phone or tablet on the USB-C port and charge a tablet.
A: Hi. Though the Belkin INC008 is Chromebook-optimized and works with Thunderbolt 3 ports, it has been tested with Dell laptops as well (like XPS 13 9310 and Dell Latitude 5300 2-in-1 Chromebook Enterprise).
