A: The two models are basically the same. The only difference I know of is the ENS doesn't have handles and the SNS does. The SNS model also has the Bosch logo on the door. I recently purchased the ENS model but haven't had it long enough to post a review.
Q: Is unit fingerprint resistant and are the doors and freezer drawer easy-close?
A: No and No. Constantly wiping it down to remove fingerprints. Main doors do not close easily and often do not close at all if not very focused when shutting door. My old cheap Samsung's doors closed easily and by themselves, never an issue. A very weak quiet beep begins emitting when door is ajar, which happens often. If you're not nearby however you can't hear it, but there is no way to turn up volume, factory set at whisper beep. Unfortunate issues as it is a very handsome looking unit.

Worth It!
This is the best refrigerator I have ever had. The flexibility of shelving optimizes storage. Lots of door storage for beverages, sauces, and condiments. The drawer for meats and cheeses is plenty big for lots of deli items. Seperate produce drawer is very spacious. It's deep enough for head of Iceberg lettuce or head of cabbage. I was concerned that it might not be deep enough. There is plenty of room for all my produce and has optimal settings for temperature and humidity for items. This is customizable also. The freezer has great ice maker with scoop. Also has large pullout drawer and two additional pull out shelves making storage and organization easy. The only downside is that it does show fingerprints easily.

Love, love, love this fridge!
Cannot say enough good things about this refrigerator. I am quite picky about the design of the fridge. When I saw this fridge online, I knew that I had to have it. Things I love about: counter-depth, sleek and clean exterior (no handles and both water dispenser and ice maker are inside), adjustable glass shelves and LED lighting in the fridge, super super quiet, love the middle drawer that keeps my fruits and veggies fresh (old fridge was french door also but did not have the additional drawer). Only negative experience I had was the delivery, but it has nothing to do with the fridge itself. Highly recommend it!

One fridge to rule them all
I have had this refrigerator for about 5 weeks now and I really like it. I like that it’s a little taller than it’s competitors filling in the gap from the top of the fridge to both of the cabinets nicely. The ice maker is awesome. Our previous fridge was basic, we made our own and eventually stopped. Plenty of ice and it’s a perfect shape. The ice scope as cheesy as I thought it was is actually pretty handy. Haven’t had a chance to rearrange the shelves in the fridge as we’ve just moved but haven’t had any issues storing food. The flex door is really nice. The fridge is super quiet only hear it when it’s queueing up a new batch of ice. The handle less design is cool. It has a clean and modern look to it. The only downside is and it’s a minor gripe, it shows fingerprints. Honestly though, I’d take solid reliability over no fingerprint marks any day. If I had to do it all over again, I’d still pick this one. It’s pricey but we’ll worth it.
