OMG the best ovens
I moved so I no longer own this appliance. I love the Bosch appliances. They are expensive but worth the money. Since I am short I would always burn my self on either the oven door and then the grating inside. Because these open side to side I could get the doors out of the way so I no longer burned my self. Also it had meet thermometer and would cook it perfectly. When the meet got to the temperature I set it would turn off the oven - it was magic. I'm going to miss that oven.
