A: You have to unscrew the plastic ring and then push the ball in the socket. Use the ring to screw back on and tighten so you can set to the correct tilt angle.

A: Hi there, thanks for your question! On the bottom of the mount, there is a ridged circular piece that can be rotated. When you rotate this, the base extends and becomes wider. A: Hi there, thanks for your question! The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G has a width of 3.04 inches based on what I've found online. Most, if not all, of our mounts have a maximum width that is wider than that, between 3.25 - 3.75 inches. Q: Will this work for a Motorola Moto G Power?
A: Sorry, I cannot answer to that specific phone. I can tell you that my iPhone SEii fits fine, but the cupholder itself does not suit any of my 4 cars: a 2019 Jeep Wrangler, 1991 Mazda Miata, 2007 Mercedes SLK280, or 2021 Lexus 300NX. Either it flops around in the car's cupholder, it gets in the way of other stuff, or falls out (Miata). Don't know if that's useful to you or not.

A: It doesn't extend up. Always low. It ends up blocking the use of my other cup holder too.
