A: Hi there Jake, I see what you're referencing. This mount works with both CD slots and the vents in your vehicle. There are two different attachments in those images, one is for the vent clip attachment and the other is for the CD slot attachment. Hope this helps.
Q: How do you take off the metal plate from the back of your phone?
A: Hi there Aalayah, thanks for the question! The metal plate is meant to stay on your device for as long as you plan to be using the MagnetXT mount. If you want to take the metal plate off it is not meant to be reapplied to your device. To take it off you can use anything small to get underneath it and pull it off, but just keep in mind it can't be reapplied.
