Q: is that an all in one printer? can I copy and scan with it?
A: No, it is not an all in one. No scanning, no copying. You can only print with it.
Q: Does it print both sides auto?
A: Yes, my Canon G5020 auto-prints both sides of the paper. It prints the first side, waits a user-configurable length of time for the ink to dry, then pulls the paper back and prints the second side. It's really a nice printer. If the All-in-one versions had auto-duplex scanning, I would have bought one of those.
Q: Does this include ink? What other accessories are included?
A: Yes, the G5020 includes THREE 170 mL bottles of black ink (only requires one to fill the black tank) and one 70 mL bottle each of cyan, blue, and magenta (also each bottle fills the respective tank).
A: Yes and yes
A: Yes, it prints really well on card stock using the rear loading tray.
A: Mine does NOT light up, either. I have researched online and can find no indication that a back light can be turned on. Really bad design flaw.
A: I found the ink on the canon site. I don't think it's GL, I think it's G1, maybe that:s why you can't find it Even my best buy had it 17.99 for the black and 11.99 for each of the colors. Hope that helps.
A: Not being rude but did you check the level of your yellow and blue. Maybe if you run the program to clean the printer heads. I use black ink only, unless I purposely want color.
