A good Cordless Phone. Good, strong sound quality. The big keypad lights up brightly. The ringer is loud. But there is room for improvement: For a phone intended for elderly and visually impaired, there should be a prominent LED indicator to display when the Answering Machine is active. The tiny text in the handset screen is woefully inadequate. The handset and base unit are white; why are the included cords and plug black? The device should also allow for wall-mounting for those short of counter space. The instructions are in fine print and require a Degree in Engineering to understand. It would be nice if the sleek handset could stand upright without the balancing act. Still, a good choice.

I bought it cause it has a headset jack. It's had decent reception too. I don't think it's intuitive. I can't figure out how to do normal functions with out reading the manual. Things like redial or seeing who called. I don't think the sound boost works too well. There is a delay with hitting buttons and the sounds it gives off. But it seems like a durable phone.

I bought this set of phones to help a senior relative with not-the-best hearing and the enhanced volume and clarity did the trick. There was an issue with signal loss, however, when the base station was not located in the middle of a regular-sized, one-level apartment.
