Set up was easy, the dehumidifier function works great, and it cools my bedroom down really well. Even on sleep mode the light is kinda bright, but easily covered.

Ive used the AC 4x now, has done the job of cooling my office while not being so powerful with my other acs that it pops the circuit.. love it.

I’m now also in need of another larger unit for my fast growing start up business, but won’t even consider this brand. It’s easy enough: I use this in a very small 8.5’x9’ insulated room. During the day, this unit blows hot air - the room temp shows at 95 - 100 degrees on a thermometer I have in there - so I open a connecting window to the room in my kitchen and insert a fan to cool the room from my whole house AC unit. Then, once evening comes, I pull the fan and close the kitchen window because this unit runs ICE COLD set at 77 degrees. The room temp drops to 73 degrees, so I turn this unit to 80, 82, 84 - and this unit continues to blow ice cold air with zero change until I turn it off. I’ve cleaned the filters a few times despite I’ve had it less than a month (never looks real dirty, but there’s been some minimal dust). I’ve reset and tested the unit, ands all seems fine. My business involves living products - I’ve had MANY CASUALTIES, and my electric bill jumped by 50% in LESS THAN 3 week. A massive financial loss is what this unit has proven to be for me. I’d never suggest this brand to anyone, let alone anyone I care about.

Didn’t have a chance to use the product, had to return. But, great service by Costway. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!
